Easton Grey Studio is a residential architecture, interior design, and construction studio creating cohesive, thoughtfully executed homes. Our work is grounded in the belief that the strongest results come from alignment - between vision and execution, creativity and rigor, design and build.
The studio represents the evolution of Crafted Interiors Design + Build, refined into a more integrated and design-forward practice focused on clarity, continuity, and long-term quality.
Leadership & Vision
Easton Grey Studio is led by Megan and David Przywara, partners in both life and work. As a married team, we bring a shared vision, deep trust, and continuity to every project - qualities that shape how the studio operates and how our clients experience the process.
This alignment at the leadership level allows us to approach each home holistically, balancing architectural intent, interior refinement, and construction execution with care and intention.

Megan Przywara, AIA
Megan Przywara is a multidisciplinary designer with expertise in both architecture and interior design. After beginning her career in corporate interiors, she transitioned into residential design, where she found a passion for creating spaces that are both highly functional and deeply personal. With a background in architecture and a keen eye for interior detailing, Megan takes a holistic approach to design, ensuring that every project is seamlessly integrated from concept to completion.
Her work is defined by meticulous space planning, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to craftsmanship. She believes that great design is a balance of beauty and practicality, where every detail serves a purpose. Megan and her team take a collaborative, client-focused approach, guiding homeowners through the design process with clarity and expertise to create homes that feel effortlessly tailored to the way they live.
David Przywara
The years of driving his mother crazy with his penchant for tearing things apart and rebuilding them have paid off as David now has over 4 decades of experience in the building and remodeling field.
With a degree from the University of Delaware in Business Finance and an MBA from Drexel University, he brings a unique background of project and operational management to Easton Grey Studio.
His deep understanding of the construction process and his insight into the logistics of renovating in NYC are invaluable to the team and clients alike. David is passionate about problem solving with his team and telling (many) stories along the way but above all else, he loves bringing projects to life for his clients. When he’s not working, he stays busy with his two daughters and enjoys running, cycling, and golfing at every chance he gets.
Patrick Fox
Patrick Fox is originally from the west coast of Ireland, where he studied Interior Architecture, and brings over a decade of residential design experience to his work. Before moving to New York, he honed his skills in Dublin and Toronto, developing a deep appreciation for thoughtful, functional design.
Patrick is known for his ability to create beautiful, livable family homes, blending timeless aesthetics with practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. He approaches every project as a collaborative journey, working closely with homeowners and industry professionals to bring unique visions to life with precision and creativity.
